Learn how you can save both time and money with Cigna Healthcare. Plan options may vary. Be sure to check with your HR representative to learn more about the specific plans available to you.
Your most convenient, lowest cost care option, virtual urgent care is included in every Cigna Healthcare plan. Virtual care lets you connect to a doctor by phone or video, day or night, for minor illnesses.

- Wait times: Little to no waiting
- Conditions treated: Allergies, fever, colds and flu, skin conditions, and minor ear and throat infections; you can even get a prescription sent to your pharmacy, if needed.
For minor medical conditions when your doctor isn’t available, a convenience care clinic—also known as a walk-in clinic—is your best bet for immediate, affordable care.

- Conditions treated: Allergies, fever, colds and flu, skin conditions, and minor ear and throat infections; they are also a great option for flu shots and vaccines.
If you need medical attention for a nonemergency medical condition, an urgent care center typically costs less than the ER and has shorter wait times.
