Your most convenient, lowest cost care option, virtual urgent care is included in every Cigna Healthcare plan. Virtual care lets you connect to a doctor by phone or video, day or night, for minor illnesses.

- Conditions treated: Allergies, fever, colds and flu, skin conditions, minor ear and throat infections. You can even get a prescription sent to your pharmacy, if needed.
For minor medical conditions when your doctor isn’t available, a Convenience Care Clinic – also known as a walk-in clinic – is your best bet for immediate, affordable care.

If you need medical attention for a non-emergency medical condition, an Urgent Care Center typically costs less than the ER with shorter wait times.
